This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the historic Zwinger. The central location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring all the main attractions in Dresden. Plus, it's right opposite to a shopping center, Altmarkt Galerie, which is perfect for some retail therapy. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and good showers, and some even offer a great view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail with coffee and tea facilities in the rooms, and the breakfast, although a bit pricey, was worth it for its variety and quality.
No significant negatives were mentioned in the reviews; everything was great.

The hotel location was perfect for a city break, as it was walking distance to all main attractions and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, even offering complementary drinks upon arrival and providing a useful city map. the breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The room was very small and lacked basic amenities such as a desk or even a place to put our luggage. the elevator also took a long time to arrive and was often overcrowded, making it difficult to use.

Amazing Christmas stay!
Had an incredible Christmas experience at this hotel! The location is key, just a short walk from the old town and close to public transportation. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with great toiletries and a fantastic shower. The breakfast buffet is varied and available for 4 hours. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, particularly one gentleman at the bar.
Although most of the staff was friendly, some seemed stressed and inefficient, especially in the evenings. Waiting for drinks took longer than expected, which sometimes became frustrating.

We stayed in a double room which was small but comfortable. Bathroom was clean and tidy, towels were fresh. TV worked well and we were able to connect three devices to the hotel Wi-Fi. Location was really in the center of the city, with easy access to all the beautiful monuments in the very center and close to the old town. Additionally, we really enjoyed breakfast and the friendly staff.
Almost perfect.
